Some of the most potent work we will do is confessional.
This is not a Catholic confession for absolution. This is a sorcerous act of unburdening.
You carry stories, secrets, shames, and actions that have become energetic entities within you. They live in the darkness of your inner world, feeding on silence and growing in power. ​They shape your reality from the shadows and limit you view of your self and what is possible for you.
To speak them aloud, in a container of absolute non-judgment - held by one who has stood in their own dark places - is to drag them into the light.

Here is what happens in the confessional space:
· You Give Form to the Formless: The unnamed guilt, the unspoken trauma, the hidden fear—when you give it words, you give it a form. And what has a form can be seen, held, and ultimately, transmuted.
You are taking the chaotic energy of a secret and crystallizing it into a specific, manageable truth. This is the first step of alchemy: defining your prima materia.

· You Break Their Spell: The power of these shadows lies in their secrecy. The moment you speak them, you break the incantation of isolation they have cast upon you. You hear the words hang in the air, and you witness that the room does not collapse. The holder of the space does not recoil. This is a direct, somatic proof that you can survive your own truth.

· You Offer It to the Crucible: Your spoken confession becomes the raw material for our work. It is no longer a ghost haunting you; it is a tangible substance we can now work with. We can take the energy of that confessed shame and, using the tools of resonance and symbol, vibrate it apart, alchemize it, and weave its lessons into the fabric of your strength.
This is not about forgiveness from an external god. It is about sovereign reclamation. You are not begging for mercy. You are stating, "This too is part of my story. I withdraw the power I have given it by keeping it hidden. I now take that power back for myself."
